  • Through play, sensory exploration, and skill-building, I help children feel more comfortable with foods outside their usual preferences and expand their food repertoire, while partnering with families to build supportive routines and habits.

  • Sessions are play-based, child-led, and pressure-free. Your child will explore foods through play and sensory activities while building comfort, skills, and confidence at their own pace.

    You can expect a focus on regulation, routines, and skill-building—not forcing bites. Parents are actively involved and will receive 1:1 Zoom calls outside of sessions to provide the guidance, strategies, and tools to support carryover at home — so progress continues beyond the session.

  • Being a private-pay practice allows our sessions and treatment plans to be fully customized to your child and family—including individualized therapy, parent coaching, and flexible care options. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
